Flashing Across The Austin Sky

Local poet and Austin City Council candidate, Robin Cravey, will be at Ruta Maya at 3601 South Congress on Monday, January 14 from 6:00 to 7:30 PM reading from and signing his new book of poems, I am a Comet. The book was illustrated by local artist Sean Haworth. For over thirty years, Robin has been reading his poetry in bookstores and coffeeshops around Austin. He moderated a panel on 'Poetry and Revolution' at the 2007 Austin International Poetry Fest, and his poem 'Fluttering Focus' was published in the festival anthology, diverse-city.
