Join the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center for family fun on four Thursday evenings in July. Learn about fossils of animals that roamed the Earth long ago (July 9), birds of prey (July 16), bees (July 23) and stream ecology (July 30), with help from experts, hikes and interactive exhibits. The birds of prey Nature Night will include a 7 p.m. performance with flying raptors by Last Chance Forever. Time: Recurs weekly on Thursdays through July 30, 6-9 p.m. Location: Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, 4801 La Crosse Ave Austin. Admission: $1 or free to Center members
